Volunteer Interest Form.     When you complete our volunteer interest form online, you give us your name, email address and phone number.  Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to volunteer at our organization due to the compromised immune systems of our children.

Donations.    When you make a donation to RMHC OF JACKSONVILLE, you will need to provide your contact information and credit card information so we can process your donation. We use this information for that purpose and to customize our communication with you.

Other Ways We May Use Information to Provide Services.    Families who stay in our House may provide us with survey information to help us learn more about their experience while staying at our House.  The survey is completely anonymous and the results help us better serve our families.

Does RMHC OF JACKSONVILLE share the information it obtains about me with third parties?

RMHC OF JACKSONVILLE does not share personal information about you with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.   We do share this information with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf, but these service providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. We also may disclose information about you to other members of the Ronald McDonald House network (such as Ronald McDonald House Charities – Global) and as required by law.

How does RMHC OF JACKSONVILLE protect personal information?

The security of personal information is the highest priority for us.  We maintain online safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration and destruction of the personal information in our possession.  All of our online giving is made through Greater Giving and One Cause (formerly Bidpal). We reserve the right to change our information practices and the terms of this Privacy Notice, and to apply the changed practices to all information we have about you.
