This November, Mike Freed will take on an extraordinary running challenge to benefit Ronald McDonald House Jacksonville.

Mike will compete in the Great World Race, running 7 marathons in 7 days on 7 continents, beginning in Antarctica on November 15, 2026. Covering 26.2 miles each day for a total of 183.4 miles, this global challenge will test endurance, determination and heart.

Mike has dedicated this effort to raising funds for our House and supporting the families who turn to us each year while their children receive medical care in Jacksonville.

While the miles ahead are significant, they reflect the strength and perseverance families show every day. Through Mike’s journey and the generosity of our community, we hope to make a meaningful impact for the families we serve.
