"Big Plans for Ronald McDonald House"
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville is pleased to be featured last week in The Florida Times-Union and on Jacksonville.com and we thank them for sharing our efforts in “Growing the House That Love Built”. Please click here to read today’s story.
Since 1988, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville has provided a “home away from home” for families who travel to Jacksonville during their child’s illness and injury. Today we care for 30 families each night and more than 1,000 families annually. The care and compassion families receive is made possible by generous donors, dedicated volunteers and committed staff members.
We are grateful for the support from the community that allows us to give the gift of togetherness to families when they need it most. Each day we see the comfort that a child feels from having their loved ones close by during their illness or injury. By supporting our mission, you help to provide the comforts of home and to create special moments for our families because healing happens together.
